Money, money, money,money.. Monnnnney!!
Is it me or is everyone having Caviar dreams and Champaigne wishes?? The Power Ball Lottery is at $365 Million!!!! I don't even know what I'd do with all that money but I do know that I would want to share it. I woke up this morning thinking about the lottery (since I do have a ticket- ya gotta be in it...) and concluded that I would want to claim the prize with my mom and all her siblings and my hubby's parents and their siblings (We'd be a group of about 12 people). This way, they would be responsible for dishing out funds to their children/grandchildren. No one could come crying to me about not receiving a fair amount nor do I have to be involved. The only group that I would have to give money to are my grandparents living brothers and sisters which is no biggee. Even if I split the prize with these relatives and we only brought home 14.5 million apiece (you don't actually get the $365 Million) that amount is more than any of us would have made in our entire life times. We don't have any rocket scientists or surgeons in this bunch! (yet)Spreading the wealth might ensure that someone is going to invest wisely and maybe our great grandchildren will live comfortably??
Of course, hubby does not feel so generous and doesn't agree with my thinking. Am I wrong?
At this point, I would even take the 2nd top prize;
pay off my mortgage
and credit card bills
STOP WORKING
..and stay home with my kids!!
You may be thinking but the second prize is only about $200K? I don't need to be rich; if the mortgage is paid and all the credit card bills are paid, we could live off of my husband's salary quite well--what bills would we have??
As it stands now I need to win something with baby number four on the way. I'm going to PA either friday or saturday to get another ticket.
